Day 11 at the House Rock

We met Kent from Colorado at the Rock House near the Vermillion Cliffs, he liked our trailer and what our signs said. He reads the Word everyday for about an hour and was happy to know we were sharing Gods love as we go. We took a shot of him on his bike next to the trailer to share with the world . He was also on his way to the North Rim. We did see him again at The Jacob Lake Lodge having a snack.

Day 11 To North Rim

We left Tuba City at 4:30 am local time and headed for the Grand Canyon. Along the way we added a new friend, Kent from Colorado, on his Bike at the rock house on 89a from there we went to the North Rim and found an RV park named Kaibab Campe RVillage. The RV park was a great place to stay and Cheryl and Don where our hosts. We liked it so much we stayed two nights to take in the sites. We walked along the trails on the North Rim, including Uncle Jims Trail, all day and went to Cape Royal Point to watch the Sunset. where we met another nice family from Richmond Virginia, The Watson’s.
After the Sunset we ate dinner at the North Rim Lodge in a really old and large dinning room.
Our car was having a small problem today so when we went to Cape Royal to watch the sunset we left the car running and went to the point to watch the sunset. The Watson’s where so nice to walk back with us to make sure our car was still running. Driving back to the RV park in the dark was not fun and I was starting to get dizzy from looking at the white line on one side and the yellow on the other
This was one of our favorite days so far. Lots of awesome photos.

We meet this nice family at Sunset at Cape Royal and enjoyed the sunset together and wonderful conversation. They stayed to make sure our car was running when we were leaving. Thanks to the Laura, Rich, Ian, Ryan We hope you enjoy your journey and have lots of fun. Thanks for hanging out with us
